There’s also a utility room for your walking boots etc etc. Very handy because, just step outside the front door and you’re only metres from one of the many local hiking trails. Rowan Lodge is 20 metres from Spruce Lodge and together they sleep 8.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with French doors to balcony. Utility.

Note: Although all ground floor, there are two steps to front door and five steps to decking and rear entrance.
